We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible while keeping things clear and simple. Please see below for how shipping works with us.

Where We Ship

We currently deliver to UK addresses only, including:

• England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland
   

• Channel Islands and Isle of Man
   

We do not currently ship outside the UK. Orders placed with non-UK delivery addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

 

Processing and Dispatch Times

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 7–10 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Options and Costs

We use Royal Mail Tracked services to ensure your order arrives safely.

 

For planners:
Standard delivery is £4.50 (Royal Mail Tracked 48).
Priority delivery is £6.00 (Royal Mail Tracked 24).

​

For tear-off notepads:

Standard delivery is £3.00 for 1 x A4 notepad or up to 2 x A5 notepads (Royal Mail Tracked 48).
Priority delivery is £4.50 (Royal Mail Tracked 24).

Delivery typically takes between 1–4 working days once your order has been dispatched. However, please allow up to 21 days from the date you placed your order for delivery within the UK, particularly during busy periods or in exceptional circumstances.

Please note all shipping charges are based on the weight of the item and may be adjusted according to current Royal Mail rates.

 

Tracking Your Order

We use tracked services for planners and tear-off pads. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us (or Royal Mail) with your tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Digital Products

Digital products will be delivered directly to your inbox using the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your digital product promptly, please email us at hello@mediastudies4life.co.uk, and we will resolve it as soon as possible.

​

By purchasing digital products, you agree that you lose your right to cancel once downloading or streaming has begun.

If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame or arrives damaged, please email us at hello@mediastudies4life.co.uk, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
