Returns & Refunds Policy

Cancelling Your Order

You have 14 days from the day after your item is delivered to notify us if you wish to cancel your order for physical goods.

To cancel, email hello@mediastudies4life.co.uk with your:

  • Full name
     

  • Order number
     

  • Clear request to cancel
     

We will respond with return instructions.

Physical Product Returns

Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described. If your item is faulty, we will cover the cost of return postage.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.

Physical products are usually processed and dispatched within 7–10 working days. Please allow up to 21 days from the order date for delivery within the UK, especially during busy periods or in exceptional circumstances.

Digital Downloads

Refunds are not offered once a download has begun unless the product is:

  • Faulty
     

  • Inaccessible
     

  • Not as described
     

In such cases, you may be entitled to a remedy under UK consumer law.
